Micheal Rotondo form Syracuse New York represented himself in a court case, defending him from his own parents after repeated attempts asking him to move out of their home. They've given him five written notices to pack up and leave, and even offered him cash to take with him, but he refused to budge. His defense is that he does he hasn't been given enough notice, he does his own laundry, cooks his own meals, and that his parents have no reason to kick him out.
The Judge ruled in favor of the parents, and Micheal says he will be seeking repeal.

I saw this withered nutsack on TV too. What a total asshole. The biggest laugh is where he expects a 6-month grace period before being forced to leave, yet he also never bothered to pay for rent or utilities because it wasn't 'expected'. Since that shit must pay for it self, right? And that's the biggest common failing of his whole generation, rules and basic fucking human decency only apply to him when they work in HIS favor. Sorry fuckface, you don't get 6 months, you had a fucking decade to get your shit together and get the fuck out. His parents are as much at fault as him, it's their responsibility to not raise a complete loser.

Apparently millenial means born within the years 1982 and 2004, which means my birthyear of 1990 puts me smack dab in the middle. I always thought it meant people born in the 2000's? I love when he says that when his parents gave him his first notice in february, he considered that to be an attack. Such a fucking millenial thing to say. I love how this dude prepares a defense against his own parents and agrees to speak on TV for all the other people suffering the same hardships of other basement dwellers who've had enough of mom and dad. It's generally accepted that if you're old enough to work, you're old enough to contribute, even if it's not explicitly asked. Goes in that whole human decency thing I mentioned in my post. It's the right thing to do. Besides it's a great way to show your folks they did a semi-decent job raising you. Some people have arrangements where if the kid is in college they can stay home rent free and save some money. And you're giving this dickhead too much credit. This ain't some spring chicken fresh out of high school, he's fucking 30, he should be entering his career and starting his own family for fuck's sake. Technically their parental obligation to support this slob ended when he turned 18. |
