I've been thinking lately about whether I actually have an inferiority complex or not.
This question popped up many times in my mind in the recent years, and it could easily explain why I always undervalue me and my capabilities when compared to someone else and consider myself too incompetent for, idk, anything. I'm such a mess and a nonsense.

I've been thinking lately about whether I actually have an inferiority complex or not. The very existence of that question is the best response to it.

What did you think of it? Its a little crazy right? " Now youre gonna die wearing that stupid little hat!" I liked it and I thought it was very well put together! I was drawn in by the scene of the guy going to the fast food place and pulling a gun because they stopped serving breakfast. The movie gave me some feels and left me pretty melancholic afterwards. The injustice that strikes me most here are dumb policies, because I hate it when I get that policy excuse! He couldn't order from the breakfast menu because policy said not to despite it only being about 3 minutes past noon. Anyway, it was an excellent film and one I might even recommend to others in conversation and such!

Why do Japanese snacks have such tough plastic wrappers, is it to ensure freshness? Yare yare...

So we were visited by a couple of cambodian teachers during the Power Electronics laboratory this morning.
Nothing special really, but hearing our teacher's 5th grade english was the most awkward moment I've witnessed in months.

One of my biggest problems with Leftist journalism is how they always try paint themselves as unbiased (sometimes dishonestly) while writing off everything they disagree with as "oh Im not going to read that biased crap!".

It is a good strategy to strongly present oneself as the fountain of truth and any opposition as beneath contempt. Unless the audience can read between the lines and understand your motives, that is. My local newspaper (and any other propaganda outlet of note) try that tactic all the time. Unfortunately, the average man is an idiot, so they get away with it. For a long time, I didn't want to belive that it was so, but the last five years and all the social media hysterics of the present day makes the truth abundantly clear.

In other news, it's midnight here. Summer's finally arrived. Got a glass of white rum beside me. I'm a bit drunk. Despite some aches, life is good. I hope yours is too. Cheers!

Last time I questioned myself whether I have an inferiority complex or not. Now I'm once again questioning something, this time if I'm a misanthrope (and the answer is most likely yes). Don't know, but I think it's just something that I denied in general, not wanting to accept it for some reason. I'm well aware some people proclaim themselves as misanthropes to look "edgy" or "cool" (to these, do us all a favor and die already, there's enough idiots in the world even without you) and are also narcissists who think they're better than everyone else (I don't fall in this category), but I can't help but think it's a genuine sentiment at the end of the day. I distrust the human nature due to its greedy and manipulative nature, and how could I have any other view, past experiences most certainly left their mark on me and taught me something. That's not to say I hate anyone I run into (in fact, I think people don't understand the notion well enough in the first place, especially if they come up with a similar statement), or that it applies to friends and so on as well, but the general idea that I dislike humans as a species still stands. It's not exactly something you'd tell anyone, and some would even call it "a retarded view" (pls), but it's just how things are for me. I damn enjoy what humans create (art and technology are 2 of the best examples), but that's about it.

I think im pretty misanthropic in some ways too. I really do wonder about what danger our world is heading towards given how profoundly lazy the general public (and myself) is getting. I do my best to stay ahead of the curve, but I'm at odds with, what feels like, literally everyone else. I'm scared for our inevitable path to self-destruction and we'll be just too weak and powerless to do anything about it.

I'm scared for our inevitable path to self-destruction and we'll be just too weak and powerless to do anything about it. Yeah, I share the view, and I'm also fighting with myself to avoid succumbing to a laziness of sorts and sometimes ignorance, but that's easier said that done. It really does feel like it's you against the world sometimes, even though I'm well aware I'm in no way far superior to everyone else. Honestly, I think that it's in our nature to ultimately destroy ourselves. It might be an "extreme" (yeah I despise that word) view but frankly it really isn't an unlikely possibility. It might as well be the most plausible theory on our eventual extinction. I think the real question is when rather than if. But idk, maybe humanity will find it's way to prosperity one day, but that's very, very far away (and we'll be long dead by then). Humans first need to stop fighting against other people's else's ideas or push their own agenda to the detriment of all or actively fight against progress.

Currently going cold turkey from pot after dramatically cutting down over the last two weeks. Shit’s not fun yo... I may be a wee bit more raw (than usual) lately and have been prone to rambling (more than usual), you have been warned. Hopefully I don’t cause any offense to the good denizens and cunts of these boards (once again more than usual). While the mentioned dw forums cunts in the community thread can still suck a fat one, I’d like to extend the olive branch to someone I’ve gone a bit harder on at times, that being an_mutt. In this spirit I’d like to share with all of you here a compilation of an_mutt’s good maps:

Haha look I know my maps aren't much to speak about, the difference is that I don't consider myself a serious mapper like I'm about to make a career out of a hobby, especially when all he does is imitate other better mappers poorly.

Just a smol vent. Feel free to ignore Been thinking a lot about leaving Doomer Boards. I just don't feel like I am the most compatible person here, and I feel like I am doing nothing but annoying other people. Reason/evidence? Just what I was talking about with touchy subjects. It's so radically different, I feel like I am on someone's crosshair every time I post a reply. Besides, I don't really have any credentials or things to boast about that would make me feel invincible. Strange. Might be the fact that I am slowly quitting Doom (even when I get a craving to map something).
I know that literally, EVERY CARBON-BASED LIFEFORM hates whenever someone insignificant announces to leave a forum, and I would have slipped out here quietly already if I meant it. This might be me being cranky for all the lack of sleep though, spent studying/procrastinating for my upcoming exams. That's why I am dumping this here.
May the next sunrise help me decide about the rest of the days I spend here (and not somewhere else).
(Something tells me this isn't 100% my issue, but how will I prove it, eh?) I wouldn't be surprised if I get banned by the next time I log in here. Why bother fussing about it, lol, take the leap or not, am I right guys?
Also, thank God I don't think like this when it comes to real life. Ooh.

I feel sorry for the Gods who have had their (ancient?) place of worship destroyed. Having a temple be decimated now in these modern times must feel like the final disrupting disrespect long after anyone had even stopped by to connect with them like many had done so long ago during their Golden Age. The restoration of a temple is a nice thing to do, but there are many Gods whose place of worship may be long gone now such as a great tree or mystical grove. Not like a special place is needed but I'm sure it held some nice memories. Makes me wonder about how many obscure Gods there are whose names perhaps haven't been heard for centuries and centuries.
I'll have a glass of orange juice over ice thank you very much.
