EDIT: The following three versions were updated on 2/20/24.
It doesn't work right on modern ports so I've fixed it up: Among other fixes, adjusted all the sprite offsets according to Revenant100's Sprite Fixing project (and doom2.wad) and took the fist and pistol frames from it, flipped them horizontally, and recentered them. Properly set up decaldef and GLdefs too.
or here's an alternate of the second wad/deh intended more for maps not designed for it or for deathmatch. I originally made this in 1999. Updated it with the newer/better fixes.
or here's the five maps made/adapted for it fixed & combined into one wad without conflicts
+ the Marine Doom map.
All maps have par times to meet or beat.
Each of the three wads can be run by themselves and contain their own version of the dehacked.
Old player skinpack I made from/for it in 1999. My improvised (but good) T-1000 pain sound makes me laugh.
=========================================
Then of course there's the notorious DBP#48 AvPvTvJvHvS
Latest Zandronum compatible version recommended. Much less demanding running in that compared to LZDoom or GZDoom. For single player, I currently recommend using the latest DBP48zan version in LZDoom or GZDoom as Zandronum has a SNDSEQ bug where polyobj doors aren't playing their sounds in nmap11 Dead Man's Drink for some reason. Can also try @gibbon 's RZDoom version (requires dbp48zan.pk3 ATM):
The Theme Patch maps converted to it:
They replace the normal Doom 2 maps so the DBP#48 maps are still available at the same time. Theme maps have specific things rather than random spawners except Marine1 has lots of random. All maps have par times to meet or beat. The Technomancer moves faster than Seagal.
zandronum -file dbp48zan.pk3 dbp48zan.wad th48maps.wad
========================================= So pick your flavor of AvPvT!
Just tested all them in LZDoom multiple instanced 2 player "splitscreen" (Could do 4 player but was just testing)
=========================================
There's more Terminator stuff by SkeletronMK666 including Robocop vs Terminator.
For a great TC dedicated to just Robocop, there's Robocop Doom by impiethethird
For purely Aliens, Justin Fisher's TC was the first great one. A newer good one is Aliens: Eradication TC. And yet another is Aliens Mod for EDGE
There's @realkontrakommando 's mods. While much has been incorporated in AvPvTVJvHvS, Aliens: The Ultimate Doom had a totally different set of graphics and more player classes.
=======================================================
Also check out my movie guide, free of spoilers. Or just make sure you see the first two great movies of each series and the next best movie is the Alien prequel, Prometheus.

Found the other T1000 skin by Colin Mitchell. www.mediafire.com/file/0vnejeu4128gdh3/T1000.ZIP/fileThis one is based on the Wolfenstein mutant rather than a regular soldier. Has his gun in one hand while other arm is a blade and shatters like in the movie for his death frames. Designed for Doom Legacy v1.28 but works fine in newer ZDooms. Unfortunately the gfx seem a little small, the vertical offsets are set rather low, and the B frames are the same as D frames when the 1 and 5 viewpoints should have at least been flipped horizontal. It's named T1000 so it doesn't conflict with the T-1000 with the dash in the thskins.wad. It's dated literally the day after thskins.wad.

It turns out Werner Spahl has been updating his Theme Patch in recent years! I just had Theme Patch v1.7 or theme17.* from the 90's. The wad is still dated 1995, but the official deh patch was last updated to v1.7.6 in April 2022, less than three months before I put together a fixed version of 1.7. Here it is on moddb: www.moddb.com/mods/theme-doom-patchThe zip also has the original versions of the maps (or at least their Theme Patch adaptions) before Sparky's updates replaced them on idgames archives. I like some of Sparky's work and he was cool last I heard from him but sometimes he changed things and it wasn't so good that his updates replaced originals. Even though I had the originals off old add-on CD's, at least most of them, I used his updates in my single wad compilation of the maps because I did like his work, and updated them further myself. So anyway, the originals are available for curiosity or if you don't like Sparky's or my updates to them.

I deeply admire the way you still work on this, Gokuma.. even after the drama has evaporated. Super wholesome.

Thanks! Well it's been about a year and a half but since I worked on DBP48, but I want to work on one more update sometime. Hopefully squash the last remaining bugs, do a little more tweaking, and edit some of the maps a little more.
Expect another update to Theme17 first though.

Oops, I meant post that more recent video by that streamer. Now my video is posted twice, as a comment by me and in the description. In the meantime I'll change my comment to streamer's vid. That six month old video doesn't have as many views as it should. The guy put some good effort into playing through and streaming it. Too bad he got stuck on the last regular map before the last two boss fight maps. I watched some good chunks of his video, but the whole thing is over 3 hours so I'll have to study it more sometime and see how I can make things play better and more clearly. It would nice to return him a favor and send traffic his way.
I would rather have a version 1.666 update ready before the mod was put back on moddb.
Please delete v1.4. It's old and no one should use it. The zan version is basically 1.45, but I didn't give it a number. So please label the zan version "Current latest version for GZDoom/LZDoom/Zandronum dated July 3, 2022"
Also the Limit-Removing version is pretty bad and is going to give people a bad impression listed at the top. If listed, it should listed at the bottom with warnings that it's missing multiplayer starts and textures. It literally has missing texture errors. The terminator sprites aren't fixed like I did. It also makes you play both versions of the same map that are supposed to be alternate paths. Alien Hive is inexplicably full of imps and only has one single regular size alien, no eggs or huge queen. The big arena boss fight is turned into a nonsensical credit map with Jason harmlessly stuck on top of a pillar. All that despite its most recent version being released weeks after my last update. Also, my maps are simply deleted from it, and you'll notice I'm omitted from the credits though it still has and uses my textures (probably unknowingly). The whole mapset has very few of the new enemies and is mostly regular Doom monsters which will make people wonder where's the whole AvPvTvJ most of the time. The only good things about the LR version is the effort put into fixing up the maps apparently independent of my fixing of the maps. And Deep Space and Alien Hive were made from UDMF maps into vanilla limit-removing with some effort, though the effort certainly stopped at properly populating the hive. The level fixes that I liked I mixed into the fixes in the main version.
Hilarious putting up the AI generated picture. I've actually been thinking it would be funny to put there.

The v1.666 update of DBP48 will come after Friday 13th: Jason's Doom is updated to v2.997. At the moment, work continues on Wesp5's AvPvT Doom Theme Patch and he has encouraged me to continue my versions of it. He just updated to v1.7.9+ yesterday and it's now rearranged to work better with maps not designed for, aside from fixes for modern ports. www.moddb.com/mods/theme-doom-patchSo here's a vanilla conversion of the UDMF map Xenomorph Hive adapted to the current version of Wesp5's AvPvT Doom Theme Patch. www.mediafire.com/file/fnrslnc3st2u4pf/thhive.zip/file(I cleared this with Kontra Kommando who made the original version in case anyone is wondering.) People are credited appropriately in the .txt file. This version of Xenomorph Hive is a somewhat different experience from the one in DBP 48 and plays substantially differently with the same base concepts. Rather than being chased down by a fast giant queen that's hard to kill and being able to freely traverse the whole grid-like layout, the available pathways are more constricted. Despite someone trying to erase me from the DBP48 "Limit-Removing version", and things being messed up with numerous errors, and no respect for the source material, the "Limit-Removing" version of DBP 48 has a few little good bits I incorporated into the main project long ago and a little more I'm salvaging. The limit-removing conversion of the hive seems to have had the most effort. I like the added detail except for the sharp corners jutting out and added errors and a substantial unreachable area. It was inexplicably populated with almost entirely imps and a single normal size alien. It also had an added feature dependent on a keendie codepointer put into the alien's death. I used a time-based linedef special instead. It's now fixed up, full of eggs and aliens again, though the Young Queen isn't as much of a beast. It's now a good alternate version of a thrilling and nice-looking map to play. I'm working on the two other conversions of UDMF to vanilla from that and I'm converting the two other UDMF maps that were omitted from the botched LR version of DBP48. The rest of DBP 48's maps were already vanilla format, just with loads of decorate things, and I added some Boom conveyers and Doom Legacy 3D sector transfers supported by ZDoom (but the maps are fully traversable without those features). All those maps are Hell themed so I won't be adapting them to Wesp5's dehacked mod. I did update my versions of Wesp5's Theme Patch recently again, with minor fixes, and making them more convenient single wads to run. gokuma.neocities.org/#dthemeI'm thinking what to do with them now, but eventually thememap.wad will be updated to have the Xenomorph Hive and possibly four other maps added to it, so there's a nice minimegawad instead of running Theme Patch with each map individually. And there will be a version wad of it for Wesp5's latest version. As far as dehacked-only mods, I always thought and still think Wesp5's was and is still the best and most impressive of all time. And I'm probably not alone in saying so. (idgames listing and reviews of old version from the 90's: www.doomworld.com/idgames/themes/apt/theme17 )
