I have yet to check this museum out. I heard they have Henry V's armor both when he has skinny and fat lol

I have yet to check this museum out. I heard they have Henry V's armor both when he has skinny and fat lol Yea, I love that place. They also bring in huge pieces of pyramids from Egypt, and classical Roman and Greek statues. Moreover, they have a whole sections dedicated to specific historical eras. I wish they could take those ancient ruins from Babylon, before ISIS destroys more of them. I find it really disturbing that people would destroy their own history like that. |

You're right, that does make sense. I really can't fathom how can smb treat his own history like that, TBH. Those Muslims are a really weird folk, I guess (they probably think the same about us though).

In all fairness though, early Christians destroyed or converted ancient pagan temples, in the name of God. They also defaced a lot of statues as well. Moreover, they did it in the name of a foreign religion, that was imposed to supplant the indigenous polytheistic European ones.
Also there's incidence of Christian explorers destroying ancient Greek and Roman artifacts for their sexual depictions.
