So Casalis were actually language enthusiasts. "Tackle a task vigorously" seems fitting for a challenge map (of its time).

You don't have to be a language enthusiast to use a common phrase like "go to it". We use that phrase all the time where I'm from, likely the same with the Casali brothers. It's a tough level with a lot of enemies, so "go to it" is fitting; they were basically saying roll up your sleeves and get started killing monsters.

Yeah not sure where he's from, but here in the U.S. south you'll hear "get to it" or "go to it" pretty frequently.
