Where the hell are you? It's legal in my neck of the woods, but it knocks my ass out so I prefer the drink. You can drive right down to the corner, show your id, they come back with a little sack.

Are you an indica, sativa or hybrid guy

Kinda weird that pot is more legal in Virginia than it is in New Jersey. Wouldn't have expected that.

I have no interest whatsoever in weed myself, but I do believe it should be legalized. Alcohol is totally legal and is 100 times worse.

40oz I like indica, but I would also go for a hybrid. But I wouldn't snub my nose to a sativa.

The day it becomes available to legally buy, I will consume edibles, and smoke premium quality weed. I will smoke a professionally pre-rolled $40-piece blunt to the face, and drink a nice glass white wine.

All drugs should be legal and if you fuck up your health or hurt someone, you should be made to suffer the consequences, just like with alcohol.

I don't do drugs and don't even smoke or drink alcohol but I don't see why the government should be able to tell me what to do with my own fucking body. You should be able to grow weed in your garden and sell it at the farmer's market for all I care.

There are also lots of studies that show LSD and mushrooms are not only good at treating addiction and depression but also better than drugs with demonic names such as Xanax. Benzos can really and totally fuck you up. Drugs should be treated with respect but I see no reason why therapists couldn't learn how to administer them in conjuction with therapy. He or she could be a guide through your trip, like a modern day shaman. But of course they won't do that since big pharma has the government in their pockets. I don't think you should be doing them recreationally but that doesn't mean I want or even care enough to stop you as long as you are not hurting someone else.

I hope free market competition helps drive down the prices. Medical prices are very high, almost double street value in some cases. I know that is the case in regards to vapor oils. I think the big issue in NJ, for why it didn't pass in the legislature last year was over taxes. The majority of Democrats were on board for passing it, but they were divided into two camps. One wanted the taxes to be high on it, to pay for other public programs. The other wanted it to be low, so to prevent people from turning to the black market for better prices. I'm all for big marijuana, and keeping taxes low on it. But I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra for the convenience.

This time around since it is a ballot question, it is up to the people to decide. Thus far, polls consistently say 60% want it, and only like 30% oppose it. For the public, both Democrats and Republicans are for it. However, this isn't reflected by the politicians who supposedly represent them. Republicans representatives in NJ were all against it, including some prominent Black Democrats, and religious leaders.

Tomorrow is the day, and if it doesn't pass, I will curl up into a ball and die.
