No offense, but you're listing all newjack bands. Have you listened to the classics yet, like Pentagram, Candlemass, Saint Vitus, Trouble, Solitude Aeturnus, etc? I'd give those a try too. No disrespect to new artists, but I'd advise catching up so that you can get a better perspective on the genre. Just my two cents.

I'm getting a big hair and spandex vibe here. I expected Doom Metal to be... I dunno. Brutal. Face-melting. More savage, less having to remove your entire one-piece bodysuit cuz there ain't no zipper and you need to use the urinal.
Not that there is anything wrong with that. Feels good, man.

Those bands are not Doom Metal. Those are Stoner Metal/Heavy Metal. The kind of "Doom Metal" that Trace listens to.
Nothing wrong with it. I'm not knocking your taste, it's just that actual Doom Metal is meant to instill a feeling of hopelessness. When pulled off right, it can sound both badass and depressing at the same time. That takes a certain amount of skill, and is really what entices me most about the genre. When done right, it is my absolute favorite style of listening, ever.
Here are some examples of songs that make for really good Doom, in my opinion. Dark, twisted, and miserable:

This might be my favorite Doom band. They give me chills whenever I listen to their music.

"Death Penalty" is an awesome album/debut. Lots of early 70's Black Sabbath influence.
Their second release isn't as good though. I never listen to it.

Oh yeah, this is my kind of thread.
Check this out! This might be closer to the brutality that darknation was referring to.

This might be more RUSH's cup of tea. This captures the despair aspect quite well.

Here's another great choice! Especially from 11:55 onward with the constant chanting "Supercoven!"
Yes. I intend to post here often.

Sorry for my surface level interpretation of the genre. Its still pretty new to me. I mean, I was aware of it but I went down a YouTube rabbit hole out of curiosity and linked a bunch of cool stuff I heard.

Definitely true. Also, posting some Trouble songs. Because no Doom thread is complete without Trouble!
Their first three albums are the best and heaviest in my opinion.

One metal thread each for all the colours in the metal spectrum.
Also, Linkin Park fag killed himself. Rejoice in the benevolence of a God who finally heard your prayers.

This might be more RUSH's cup of tea. This captures the despair aspect quite well. Not bad, but nothing beats Tyranny and Evoken when it comes to Funeral Doom. Yet another sub-genre of this huge listening style, lol. These songs are crippling:

Guys, do we need a second metal thread? Actually, I much prefer the idea of having an individual thread for different genres. That way, you know what you're getting into. If I want Doom Metal, I can pull open the Doom thread and hey! Something new I haven't heard before. I'll probably be more apt to like it, since I'm in the mood for Doom listening. As opposed to say, Thrash Metal (which is also awesome, but usually requires a different mood/state of mind to enjoy). Having multiple metal sub-genres mashed together in one thread has never sat well with me personally.

Love this band. They sound way better on CD though. These YouTube uploads are really compressed by comparison:
Oh, and there's Paul Chain. He collaborates with Lee Dorrian (Cathedral vocalist) on this album and it's pretty awesome I think:

Their second release isn't as good though. I never listen to it. I take this back. I re-listened to this album again, and it rocks. Way better than I remember. The lyrics are hilariously ridiculous, but good fun.

^ They have a new album called "Rust" coming out this year. I'm excited for it. Sounds like their best release yet, so far.

I am literally listening to a track off of Rust right now. Amazing stuff. I am glad, but not surprised, that you are familiar with these guys.

If you're looking for more stoner rock 40, these following Kyuss albums are what I'd consider the bible:

Although I loathe to label this band, The Melvins have a few entries in the bible too (Start with Houdini):
