The master levels have no official arranging, aside from the heavily modified maps in the PSX arrangement or the chronological list.
It's a fun little idea to arrange the maps in their original PC forms in a more sensible progressive order.

Episode 1 : Tech Base

E1M1 : Attack by Tim Willits
E1M2 : Nessus by Dr. Sleep
E1M3 : Subspace by Christen Klie
E1M4 : The Combine by Christen Klie
E1M5 : The Catwalk by Christen Klie
E1M6 : Canyon by Tim Willits (Secret exit)
E1M7 : The Fistula by Christen Klie
E1M8 : Geryon by Dr. Sleep
E1M9 : Trapped On Titan by Jim Flynn
E1M0 : Bad Dream by Cranium (Secret map)
(Maps will have the Doom 2 SKY1)

Episode 2 : Ruins

E2M1 : The Garrison by Christen Klie
E2M2 : Subterra by Christen Klie
E2M3 : Paradox by Tom Mustaine (Secret exit)
E2M4 : Minos' Judgement by Dr. Sleep
E2M5 : Vesperas by Dr. Sleep
E2M6 : Titan Manor by Jim Flynn
E2M0 : Virgil's Lead by Dr. Sleep (Secret map)
(Maps will have Doom's SKY4)

Episode 3 : Hell

E3M1 : Bloodsea Keep by Cranium
E3M2 : Black Tower by Cranium (Secret exit)
E3M0 : Mephisto's Mausoleum by Cranium (Secret map)
(Maps will have Doom 2 SKY3)

They were a lot of fun, I specifically remember The Fistula.
