It's officially summer here in the United States, which means the temperature is rising, and people don't want to stay in their homes. Fortunately for me, this is my favorite time of the year because I'm lucky enough to live in a neighborhood that's sprinkled with residents who have reached an age where they have given up all their shame. Whether it's washing their car, gardening, walking the dog, or waiting at the bus station, you can almost guarantee your eyes will be blessed with the wonderful sight of shriveled up old skeletons with leathery hides draped over top and straggly chest hairs. Each summer, my wife and I begin making a mental note of every exciting moment where we get to see these walking elephant skin rugs and tally them up for a total OGNS count for the entire summer. Last year we counted the most we've ever kept track of. The score to beat is 29.

Lucky you, we count how many days the children get locked out of their houses crying because the parents can't be arsed with them down my end.
Current record is literally every day of the six week holidays.
