ok here goes, prepare for a bitchfest... GODDAMMIT THESE FUCKING STUPIDASS DRIVERS seriously, how can it be soooo fucking hard to turn a fucking wheel and use a couple pedals... so me and my mom are crusing down this 2lane road, and we catch up to some lady that is going 30mph in a fucking 55mph road...we keep following this person and staying close...and she keeps fucking going 30...and after waiting for this lady to fucking speed it up already, she doesn't... so FINALLY after being behind this fucking fart stain of a human...i honk the horn that our cars are so wonderfully graced with, just to kindly let her know that shes a douchebag...and she flips me off..WHAT THE FUCK?!?!!! So being the kind and gentle little píča that i am, i flip her off back...and a little after that, she then decides to give me a fucking break check..now im absolutely fucking pissed, so i lay my elbow on that wonderful horn again and drive with both of my hands flipping her off now... meanwhile, my mother is yelling at me to put my birdies down and get off the horn...i was so pissed off that i didnt even hear her yelling at me (oops)...so a little while after this shit dragging on, a speed limit sign comes closer as we drive on and flipping each other off...she points at it, trying to prove that shes right...and the sign indeed said 30mph.. except there was just one tiny problem... THE SIGN IS FOR FUCKING GIANT TRUCKS!!!!!!!!not for regular fucking cars!!! so i point to it again, trying so desperately to rid this bitch of her absolute stupidity...but she was clueless...so then another sign comes up, except for its the beautiful white speed limit signs that every American should be accustomed to...i point to it so hopefully this retarded ass can figure it out using her mustard seed sized brain that she is wrong...and of course...she doesnt...cuz, ya know, THAT WOULD ONLY BE FUCKING LOGICAL...at that point, i had lost all hope...but then...luck goes my way...and the bitch turns onto the dilapidated strip club parking lot...and so ended my pain and suffering... DO THEY LIKE GIVE LICENSES TO FUCKING ANYONE? cuz goddammit it seems like it... so anyways, theres my rant... EDIT: (okay... yeeaaahhhh maybe i have a slight road rage issue)

DO THEY LIKE GIVE LICENSES TO FUCKING ANYONE? Possibly, dunno how corruption is where you live, but here it looks like money means everything these days. I just learned last night that my cousin failed the road test and the other guy who was with her passed right away because he bribed the instructor right in front of her.

Only here in Romania you can witness something so peculiar. Y'know, we have a saying, "Ca la noi, la nimeni" aka "Like here, nowhere" for good reasons, this is one of them. E: Bribery could also potentially justify the noticeable and alarming spike in car accidents, many of them fatal, with victims in their 20s-30s in general. Hell drivers here don't even stop at zebra crossing on many occasions, preferring to instead avoid the pedestrians, and of course a lot of people fall victim to this reckless behavior, I even know personally a few neighbors who went through this, but luckily ended up with just a broken leg or something and not obliterated. I don't see how else this spike can be explained, it might just be a simple yet dangerous increase of imbeciles behind the wheel but since it's Romania I very much doubt that this is the only explanation... Another both disturbing and real case of corruption would be one that I've heard about 2yrs ago. Someone ran over 5 people with their car, obviously killing all of them in the process, and what was his punishment? House arrest.

I have a feeling that, in case I sat behind a wheel again, I would be the one to cause road rage within people. I am just TOO careful, and in a country where people who drive know how to drive and they do it fast, a noobie like me would ruin the "ecosystem" the drivers had accumulated here, and it would take me a while to adapt to such things, but I am just a college student who likes to walk on even the worsest of days, and the bus is cheaper than car when going back and from the countryside. I mean, people at my region simply love to go 10 km/h over the limit, and everyone is adapted to that. Only time I see people abiding to the speed limit is when there is a camera or a cop car near, in which case everyone drives as if it was their first day I have to say, I do miss the times where I drove from home to high school and back in the family Fiat Punto, good shit, good shit. Empty roads and my music, stuff like that chillaxed, yeah. But I am not going to drive in this city, no matter what. Traffic is just too scary for me to engage in.

Job opportunities, meeting new people, etc. Don't let other people driving like assholes hold you back.

You definitely can't do that here in United States. The driver's test is pretty fair here I think. I remember I barely passed my test the first time even though I thought I was doing pretty well while I was being tested on it. There's definitely a lot of dumb and crazy people who manage to get through though.

Paying for the test is very common in Russia too. I think in some remote regions it's even hard to find a place where you can actually take it the legal way. Everyone wants you to pay a big sum and there's not much you can do if you're living in a shitty small city forgotten by the government.

I remember I barely passed my test the first time even though I thought I was doing pretty well while I was being tested on it. There's definitely a lot of dumb and crazy people who manage to get through though. But you see, simply appearing to be difficult doesn't necessarily mean they are. I still don't understand how imbeciles pass the road test, it's not like you just make a few turns and you're done, you actually need to know what to do, you can't pass by being lucky. I think this goes deeper than it looks, or I don't know, but something's not right. Either way, at least you probably don't assist to people getting bribed right in front of you like my cousin did. She said the instructor had the money in a notebook, she even saw the actual sum: 300 euros. What does all this lead to? In the worst case scenario that guy will kill or seriously wound pedestrians or he himself dies behind the wheel (I hope for the latter honestly, scum like this just don't deserve to walk the earth, especially if other people end up paying the price for his incompetence, irresponsibility, and idiocy), and simply be involved in numerous accidents in the best case. I hope this bribery gets discovered, the sooner the better. Here's something else I don't understand, the road test supposedly takes place under active surveillance (cameras installed in the car), so how did he not get caught on tape I don't know. A cop is also supposed to be with them in the car and watch everything that happens. This whole situation is odd, with plenty of questions unanswered. And the worst about this fiasco, she didn't record the bribery. She just didn't expect to actually witness something like this, after she realized what happened it was already done, so taking it to the court will probably not work since she has no proof. It's events like this that tell you just how much people love doing what they want, even if it's detrimental or to their own disadvantage, with no regard for ethics or value for fairness (or justice, for that matter) and responsibility (remember, potentially dangerous or fatal accidents are more than possible to occur). Money does everything these days...
